HOW TO MAKE A Reservation
In order to secure your reservation at one of Lotus Vine Journeys' retreats, the following process must be undertaken:
Fill out the Booking Form below with your requested retreat date, and accommodation request and submit it online.
Upon receipt of your Booking Form, we will send you a detailed Questionnaire style application.
We will then contact you to set up an information call. This call is for us to get to know you and answer all of your questions about the retreat.
After the Info call, the $2,000 dollar deposit is required in order to reserve your spot officially.
Payment of your remaining retreat fees is payable 60 days prior to the start date of your retreat. Email reminders will be sent as this date approaches.
In the months prior to your retreat, we will send you a comprehensive Retreat Information Booklet in PDF format that you can print out. This booklet is designed to be as detailed as possible so that you can reference any questions you may have about preparation, packing, transport logistics, retreat schedules, dietary tips, etc.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to secure your reservation a deposit of US $2,000 is payable. This deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make the retreat, this deposit can be transferred to a later retreat either in the same year or the following calendar year (subject to availability).
The remaining balance for your retreat is due and payable within 60 days of the starting date of your retreat.
If subject to availability, your booking is accepted within one calendar month of the start of your retreat, full payment for the retreat must be paid upfront to secure your reservation.
All payments are non-refundable but are transferable to a later retreat date either in the same or the following calendar year, subject to availability.
